Camp was great Learning about so many amazing things in Gippsland a also all of the great activities and food my class got to try out.
The Best activities I got to try have to have been fishing, bike riding, kayaking as finally king ball. fishing was great because we got a boat from camp to a marina we’re there we’re so many jelly fish but sadly now one caught a single fish there, then we went bike riding we’er we saw so many koalas 23 to be exact which was great. The. there was king ball it’s kind of the down ball except your put no four circles and you are allowed to bounce the ball three times then smash it into someone else’s square. and we can’t forget kayaking because we were on lake Victoria driving blade deep in the water to move around in time with our partners.
The most challenging time was the camp out because we had to pitch tents for the first time and to be able to pitch the tent we had to listen to everything the year 11’s told us to do. So no water got in and also so our tent doesn’t blow over, but. Before we brushed our teeth we had to lear a new technique called the white elephant so we don’t hurt the nature that we were so surrounded in,and white this new technique we had spray all of the tooth paste out of our mouths instead of spiting it out. This was just one of our learning experiences on camp.
The Carey PLAS that I think I showed during camp were courage and resilience because courage. Because I had to face my fear of trying new things like new activities and food, and resilience because you just have to keep on pushing yourself through all of the rough times at camp.
